Dr Kim never seems to be in a hurry; both she and her support staff are all respectful of my time, I rarely have to wait and they all listen closely to my needs.

The doctors here are top notch! The front desk staff, assistants, np, doctors, and techs, everyone is very welcoming and friendly. The only drawback is time restraints. Don't expect to be in and out quickly. I think they overbook regularly, so most visits are at least an hour.

When Dr. Kainth came into the room he was very professional laid everything out to a tee. He had reviewed the MRI and explained everything about the procedure. I needed so very knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions was very patient and we never felt rushed. I had interviewed two other physicians prior and was so excited and happy that I chose Dr. Kainth.

Dr. Piefer is a very professional Sports Medicine Doctor. He did my surgery on my shoulder. Very professional at what he does. Dr.Piefer explains fully on what he will be doing to help you get back to your everyday self. Very professional at answering any questions or concerns you might have before and after surgery. I would recommend Dr.Piefer to anyone that is in need of a professional Sports Medicine Doctor/Surgeon.

This was my first visit with Dr Chimenti. He and his staff were all very professional, personable, and helpful. Dr Chimenti spent as much time as needed to answer questions and put me at ease. He had already been very highly recommended, especially by a relative that he had recently done a knee replacement for. I had already been very impressed by everything I had heard and seen of that relative’s surgery.

The office staff is respectful but fun to chat with if not swamped. Once called, you are seen by PA & Doctor quickly. They listen! Make recommendations to help you. These may or may not be ones they do. They recommend what’s best for you. I like that. I trust them.

Great. My only question is why s that X-ray, or whatever scan (wooden box) so high off the ground? (A foot at least) I can’t use my left arm (broken clavicle) and my right foot needed imaging. No way to hoist myself up that far. My engineering husband says it has to be off the ground, but wouldn’t six inches have worked? The poor imaging tech had to lift me up on that tall box. He was great, but I can’t be the only one who can’t get up there.
